Nationwide Delivery:

◉ Published rates are inclusive of fulfillment, insurance and handling fees.

◉ Delivery periods are not guaranteed and exclude Sundays and Holidays.

◉ Effective rates as of January 01, 2019

Shipment Schedule: Packages are shipped out daily except on Sundays, Holidays and natural circumstances beyond our control. Shipment is scheduled day after payment confirmation.

Courier: All domestic shipments are handled by XPOST.

Express Shipping: For Metro Manila Customers, we are now offering a faster and more convenient way to ship your orders using the GRAB app's GRAB EXPRESS. Get your order within hours. Ship your orders at your preffered time. Track your orders and know where exactly your items are.

    1. After payment, let us know when you're ready to book.

    Message us here. We are available to send out orders Monday to Saturday 9am - 6pm

    2. Book a rider

    Open the Grab App and choose Delivery

    3. Set your pickup point to:

    4. Set your drop off point to your current location

    5. Recieve your order

    Track your order using the app and pay for the shipping when it arrives.

Tracking: Tracking information is encoded from the time your package reaches XPOST's warehouse. This may take up to 24 hours from the date of ship out. To track your package, simply go to their website: www.xpost.ph/track/ and input the tracking code provided to you via email.

Additional Information:We are not liable for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or unretrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. We are not held accountable for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are shipped back to us, and will incur a reshipment fee. Also, please be responsible enough to track your package.

Please make sure all your shipping details are correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur an additional shipping charge if they are reshipped. After an order has been delivered to a correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
